We placed the vehicle with a multiple repeat EAG collector client in Southern California, then in 2020, we transferred the vehicle to another EAG collector as part of a 5 M3 Lightweight Package Deal. This E36 M3 CSL is in spectacular condition. All original condition with numbers-matching body panels and original paint. Absolutely no paintwork, issues or stories. The interior is amazingly well-preserved with tight upholstery and trim. The interior carbon fiber trim is in great condition with no significant blemishes or issues. Mechanical Changes include a stiffer Sport Suspension, 3.23:1 Ratio Limited Slip Differential, and an ECU programming change to Remove the Top Speed Limiter. Every M3 Lightweight received the cosmetic appearance package that includes: Alpine White exterior with Motorsport flag decals on the Left Front and Right Rear corners, Lightweight 17 inch Stamped Forged Alloy Wheels and Rear Spoiler. Each M3 LTW was offered with a GT Kit which included Rear Deck GT Spoiler, Front Strut Tower Brace, undercarriage X-Brace, increased-capacity Oil Pan with dual-pickup Oil Pump and a Legal Agreement stating that installation of any of the kit parts voided BMWs New Vehicle Warranty. All GT Parts Have Been Installed.
