A huge thank you to the whole EAG team helping me regarding my M3 purchase. Evan and the whole staff were great. Everyone was so helpful, so friendly and professional in their communication. Not only that, the communication was thorough with never any lose ends or question as to what they were implying. Everyone knew where the other team member was through initial car consult, vehicle history, purchase, final inspection to transport.-----
The knowledge base about the car from its original owner, service history was comforting. I appreciate the discussions and information regarding the particular E92 I purchased. This team knows this brand extremely well. Much better than my local BMW dealership.-----
EAG made this out of state purchase smooth and gave my confidence that they will not sell or deal with any car that is not high quality and taken care of.-----
Thanks to the whole EAG team. I appreciate your work. Also, thank you for the shirt. Kinda cool that it has an e92 on it. -----
Thank you so much.
I have been dealing with Eric and the folks at EAG for around 10 years and 5 cars. They seem to be able to locate the finest examples of M cars, acquire them and meticulously go through them both mechanically and cosmetically before listing them for sale. Can't say enough good things about the service and parts departments. They go above and beyond to provide great service and make sure the customer is satisfied. EAG is not a stuffy dealership. The staff is friendly, it's casual and they seem to enjoy their work. What's not to like? They're surrounded by fantastic cars and have great ownership and management.
Damn! you guys are the real deal! You were right, I do love this car! Thanks for everything!
Purchased a '13 e92 m3 DCT ZCP from these guys (back in 2016) and it was simply the best car buying experience I've ever had. Dealing with Eric and the entire team was extremely pleasant. At first I was very skeptical when Eric mentioned they have a lot of sales sight unseen and out of state, and being out of state myself (from St. Louis,) I honestly wasn't comfortable making that kind of purchase without direct contact with not only the car but with the team. But based on the experience alone, I would purchase my next M from them in a heartbeat with complete trust in what I see on their website or from email contact with the team. I tell every BMW enthusiast friend about them, can't beat the quality and the history of the cars they offer.
It is with great pleasure I offer my sincere thanks to all of you for the outstanding service I received in the purchasing process of my carbon black rag top 2006 M3 . From the first contact to the delivery, everything was perfect. I would have never thought I would buy a car sight unseen, but after reading all the reviews, I took the chance and could not be happier. The car is amazing, it drives tight and has a lot of "M" power..... The weather is finally going to break this week, and the rag top will be down. It was so cool to take it to BMW of Rochester for its NYS inspection and have the entire service staff gather around, after it passed with flying colors, to check it out. When I left, the service manager with his staff looking over his shoulder, were on the EAG web site checking out all the EAG toys!!!
"I've been looking at the Enthusiast Auto Group on and off over the last few years. I've always been impressed with the inventory and condition of their cars. I've owned many BMWs and already had an E60 M5 over those years, so it was more of a window shopper peek whenever I looked at the EAG website.
Fast forward to this past February. I had been out of an M car for a few years. I decided this time around my toy of choice would be an E46 M3. I had never driven one. I've only watched many videos and read countless forum posts. I was convinced. I wanted an E46 M3.
My first conversation with Evan was awesome. I think I kept him on the phone for 40 minutes with question after question. Every response he gave was educational and easy to understand. He immediately sent me a link with 150+ super detailed pics of the 2 cars I was interested in. There were also extensive service records included in the file for each of the cars and what was replaced by EAG.
I finally decided on the 2005 Alpine White on Black with Competition wheels. Mike was fantastic on helping me decide on a few extras before taking delivery. EAG installed full MagnaFlow exhaust, Dinan suspension, and Dinan short shifter at my request. We also went through many audio options and the simple fix was just adding an AUX port. Great suggestion Mike!
Blaire was so helpful with the buying process. She overnighted me paperwork to sign the day after I agreed to buy the car. She also explained to me exactly what I would need to register the car since it was going to me in Massachusetts.
I have never purchased a car sight unseen. My original plan was to fly to Cincinnati and drive the car home. Evan said they could arrange to pick me up at the airport and then tour their facility when I arrived. Scheduling became a major conflict for me, so I finally decided to have the car shipped. Of course, since I had never done anything like this especially with a 13-year-old car I was super nervous.
The day the truck arrived I was amazed. The driver was great. He went over the whole car with me to ensure there was no damage during transport. He allowed me as much time as I needed to inspect the car before he left. My M3 was even better in person. It looked like-new! It even smelled new! When I drove it for the first time I was blown away. It drove like a new car too! What a machineâ¦
Even after purchase they have all been very supportive. I've had additional questions about the car as well as other aftermarket parts. Every time I speak to Evan or Mike they are enthusiastic taking about my call.
Evan, Mike, Blaire, and the rest of the EAG staff: Thank you for the unbelievable experience. I never could have imagined your immediate dedication to me as a customer. I am looking forward to doing business with EAG again in the future.
EAG is THE place for top quality BMW's. I just purchased a 17K Mile 2006 M3 from EAG. The transaction was no nonsense and straight up. Evan was incredibly open and quick to respond to my questions. My family and I flew to OH to pick the car up. Evans brother Eric gave us a terrific tour of their warehouse full of collectibles. The car was pristine. We drove the 1000 miles back to Florida and the family all commented that the car was like new, despite being 12 years old. I will definitely be working with EAG again. Thanks Evan and Eric!
My E90 M3 is simply a gem which BTW matches the EAG buying experience. Evan and his team are nothing less than spectacular. Admittedly, this was an emotional buying decision because of my son's and my passion for these particular cars. EAG made our experience better than I would have wished for; they exceeded my expectations by their integrity, transparency and passion for their business. As such I had decided to buy and ship the car sight unseen. That was until we thought it would be neat to see their impressive BMW collection in person. It was worth the flight to Cincinnati and the 10 hour drive home. Thank you for a memorable experience this past weekend. Most importantly, thank you for providing us with a absolutely pristine car! I can't get over the care and work they put into prepping the car that they no doubt carefully selected - amazing attention to detail. You don't have to take my word for it. Just contact them and find out for yourself.
I had another (4th) outstanding drive home (450 mi) in an EAG BMW ///M car. This '05 M3 is one heck of a fine example, totally exceeding expectation. As a 33K M3 that you said âcould pass for under 10Kâ, I'm thinking that âunder 5Kâ would be more appropriate. All the performance you would expect from a S54 powered car with one unexpected bonus: car computer calculated 28.3 mpg, with 28 mpg calculated at the pump for the drive home (66 mph avg). Thanks for steering me towards picking this M3.
So many thanks to the entire EAG team in preparing my M3 and the associated sales transaction. Please thank your brother Eric for the tour of the warehouse full of BMW Motorsport âeye candyâ and for the ride in his M2 on steroids. I wonder how many Dinan points are associated with that build. Please thank Jared for the BMW bulletin of S54 Engine Oil Level Checking Procedures. Thanks to Blaire for the document prep that allowed that part of the transaction to sail through in less than 10 minutes, if only others would do things that way. Each and every one at EAG is a true professional.
Just got the great card from you and your folks. Really appreciate it. Also want you to know that I love this car. You were right, it's in wonderful condition, like having a brand new car (with 52,000 miles on it)!
Thanks for the great work you and your team have done.
