Enthusiast Auto Group is comprised of ultra-talented and experienced sales persons, mechanics and staff. Learn more about each person by reading their descriptions below:
Eric was attending Xavier University when he formed and started EAG with his brother Evan. His first M car was an E28 M5, it was truly "love at first drive". That ownership experience is what motivated him to develop the specialized sales, service and restoration center known as Enthusiast Auto Group. He and his wife are proud parents of a son and daughter.

Evan, a Xavier University graduate, started and built EAG with his brother Eric. Away from work, Evan is an active member of the BMW CCA, loves adventurous travel, backroad driving and spending time on the lake. He's hard pressed to pick a favorite M car (as long as it has 3 pedals).

Josh graduated from Universal Technical Institute in 2002 from their automotive, diesel and industrial technology program. He founded and ran a local performance automotive tuning company before joining the EAG team in 2008. Josh is the maestro of the EAG team and is successful with new challenges around the shop. He enjoys spending time with his growing family and his favorite BMW’s are the E30 M3 and F87 M2.

Blaire is a 2010 University of Cincinnati graduate who started with EAG in 2012. She will likely be your point of contact for all payment, title and paperwork processing. Away from work, you will find her spending time with her two sons, shopping and playing golf. Her favorite M-Car is the E46 M3 in Interlagos blue.

Jared is a 2005 University of Northwestern Ohio graduate with degree in High Performance Automotive Technology. His BMW experience started as a service advisor for a local dealer in 2007 where he worked until starting with EAG in 2013. Outside of business hours, he is likely in the middle of a home improvement project or traveling the Caribbean isles.

Mike is a longtime BMW enthusiast with vast experience dating back to a local BMW dealership in 2005 as a parts advisor. In 2006, he purchased a Technoviolet E36 M3 from EAG. Several years later, he moved to California to expand his BMW parts knowledge at another dealership. He joined the EAG team and moved cross-country back to Ohio in 2014; his countless roles at EAG include spearing up parts, after-sales customer support and social media. You might "pass him" on the weekends at a road course or autocross event.

Todd is a Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command graduate. He has worked as a police officer and in management for Tiffany & Co before starting with EAG in 2013 as our logistics manager. He is happily married with two sons. Away from work, he enjoys playing the bass guitar and riding motorcycles. His favorite M car is the Z4M Coupe.

Javier, a commercial photographer and designer, started his relationship with EAG over a decade ago with small freelance and graphic design projects, such as, designing our famous EAG T-shirts. He is now responsible for all our vehicle inventory photos and many of the creative shots seen on social media. Javier’s favorite M car is the E46 M3 with performance upgrades.
Trevor started with EAG in 2012 as a general lot tech. Since then, he has excelled at everything from vehicle detailing to inventory management. His current role at EAG is parts advisor but can tackle nearly any challenge within our company. Trevor's personal car is an E36 M3, which also happens to be his favorite M car.

Kent started his technician career as an ASE master technician in the late 1970s working on European air cooled engines. 20 years later, he began solely focusing on BMW repair working at several local independent shops before joining EAG in 2007. His expertise with vintage BMW’s is incredible because he’s been working on them since the vehicles were new! Outside of work, Kent spends much of his free time on two wheels as a motorcycle enthusiast.

Sean graduated from Lincoln Tech in 2000, and began BMW STEP training shortly afterwards while also working at a local BMW dealership. He worked there for 13 years as a BMW master technician until starting with EAG in 2013. His favorite BMW is the E30.

Mike Shortly after graduation from Lincoln Tech in 2001, Mike started his technician career through specialized training at a local BMW dealership. After 13 years as a master trained technician, Mike joined the EAG team in 2014. He spends most of his free time with his wife and four sons playing every sport possible.

Johnny , an Ohio Technical College graduate, started with EAG in 2016 after working at a local BMW dealership since 2008. He is an avid car enthusiast with an interest in antique automobiles. He donates some of his spare time to the The Cincinnati Concours d’Elegance and the rest to his wife, 2 kids and a yearly trip to Mexico.

Nick started with EAG in 2012 as a detailer. He performs many of our comprehensive paint corrections, ceramic coatings along with general body shop support. His attention to detail is over the top. Perfect for EAG vehicles! He enjoys working on older cars by breathing new life into them. His favorite M car is the E34 M5.
Nick L., Body Shop Technician
Wes, joined the EAG team in 2016 after graduating from Great Oaks college with an Automotive Collision Technology degree. He is ASE certified in paint and refinishing and boasts a diverse range of automotive skills. His favorite part of his career is paint correction and making a 30 year old car into a “work of art”. He enjoys spending his free time with his two children.

Andy is a 2008 Wyotech graduate; he started his body shop career with vehicle restorations, then dealership body repairs before starting at EAG in 2012. During his free time he enjoys skiing in the western US and traveling to different tracks to watch Nascar/Tudor road racing series. His favorite M-Car is the E36 M3 Sedan.

Larry joined EAG in 2014 and brings 30+ years of masterful body repair skills. He takes great pride in the quality of his work and consistently produces factory-like results. In his free time, he enjoys working on his homestead and continues with his various personal car projects.

Andrew, affectionately nicknamed “Ranger”, started with EAG in 2015 as a detailer but more recently has started helping out in our body shop and preparing cars for delivery. Ranger has been an avid car enthusiast since childhood and his favorite BMWs are vintage M cars, such as, the E30 and E24. Outside of work he enjoys carefree drives with his girlfriend and working on his personal BMWs.
Andrew B., Detail and Lot Technician
Colin started with EAG in 2017 as a general lot tech. He now helps with detailing work and preparing vehicles for their photo shoots. He is our go-to-guy for running errands and miscellaneous jobs around the shop. When not working, he is a diligent student at Northern Kentucky University and enjoying his pair of 3-Series BMWs.
